Run in partnership with Citizens Advice Plymouth, the Bulb Energy Fund is for Bulb customers who are experiencing fuel poverty or financial hardship.
Citizens Advice Plymouth can advise Bulb members with enquiries about energy, benefits, maximising your income, reducing your energy bills and the Bulb Energy Fund.
