More than just food
Faithworks support Food Banks across Dorset, in Blandford, Christchurch, Poole, Southbourne and Wimborne. The cafe styled centres provide a range of support in addition to emergency food and are called Food Bank+.
Extra support depends on each Food Bank but may include:
- CMA Debt Advice and Budget Support
- Cooking on a Budget courses
- Homeless and housing support
- Meal/Recipe in a Bag
- School holiday food and actvtities support
- Signposting for further advice and support
- Social opportunities through community meals or coffee and chat
