  • Advise them to email cma@faith-works.org.uk – the messages will be passed on to the relevant team member (whether volunteer or staff member).
  • If they want to leave a message, take their name and contact details along with file reference (if creditor) and email cma@faith-works.org.uk

Those living in the following areas and able to travel to the local Food Bank, can arrange a face-to-face meeting with a Debt Adviser:

For those who are eligible:

  1. Pass on the number of the relevant Debt Adviser (explain they work part-time and will aim to get back to them within a week).
  2. Advise they call the office again if haven’t heard after a week
  3. Also let them know there may be a waiting time before they can book the initial face-to-face appointment
